I DVR'd Avalon the other night, and Randy Newman did all the music. And it is the most beautiful music--ever. No words...just melody...and it's melancholy, and hopeful all at the same time. No lie, it has the power to move me to tears-and it did. (And it makes me stop and think,"THIS from the mind who gave us,'I Love L.A?!'"
